Terms and Conditions and details of Participation:

These discounted vacation packages are promotional offers that have certain qualification requirements to purchase. The purpose of these promotional offers is to introduce you and your family to our brand of Travel and Vacation lifestyle products. If you do not meet these minimum requirements, you are not eligible for the discounted offers, but we invite anyone to attend the presentation and learn about our products at your own expense. If married or Co-Habituating, one of you must be a minimum of 28 years of age. 2 forms of identification are required upon check in which would be a valid photo ID, like a driver’s license or passport and a major credit card, no debit cards accepted.  At check-in, your credit card will be pre-authorized for a security deposit covering incidentals, taxes, and resort fees. As the customer, you are responsible for all applicable taxes and resort fees, which vary per hotel. Special room requests are based on availability and may incur additional fees. Minimum combined income before taxes of $60,000 per annum required. 

Accommodation is subject to availability and provided by Save On Travel & More and affiliated hotels/Resorts. Depending on hotel/resort policy, extra person charges, fees for amenities, and resort fees may apply. Remember, reservations must be made 30 days prior to travel. Cancellations or changes outside of 72 hours of arrival will not incur any penalty, but cancellations or changes made within 72hrs of arrival will incur a one-night penalty at rack rate at the time.  Onetime $49 reservation fee is due upon confirmation of reservation. 

No refunds for non-arrivals or early check-outs. Failure to show up on the scheduled arrival date will lead to charges at the full rack rate, not to exceed $250 per night, charged to your debit or credit card. By making a reservation, you agree to these policies. Please note that no pets are allowed unless validated service animal. 

Presentation Policies Reminder:

Ensure a smooth experience by familiarizing yourself with our presentation policies. Attendance at a 2-hour tour and sales presentation at our Vacation Ownership Partner preview center is required. Missing the presentation may lead to additional charges. Attendees must be aged between 28-72, present a valid ID, along with a major credit card (debit and pre-paid cards not accepted) and if married or engaged, you must attend together. This exclusive offer is open to eligible participants and subject to specific terms and conditions. What to expect during your visit: You can expect to see something that is unique, different and revolutionary in the vacation/travel industry. You can also expect to be treated differently and to make a few new friends. Save On Travel & More reserves the right to substitute lodging and/or tickets and vouchers (when applicable) with comparable items of equal or greater value. A minimum stay of two nights is required for all offers, while holiday travel mandates a three-night stay. The verified retail value of accommodations ranges from $75.00 to $350.00 per night, depending on various factors. Bonus Vacation - 5-day Cruise

5 days /4-night Cruise aboard choice of: Carnival Cruise Lines, Royal Caribbean, Norwegian Cruise Lines, or Princess Cruises. ZOOM Membership Presentation: 

There is no cost to participate but certain requirements need to be met to attend a relaxed, no‑pressure Zoom preview lasting about 60 to 90 minutes.  This session can be joined comfortably from home using a desktop, laptop, or iPad, as mobile phones are not permitted.  To qualify, participants must be at least 28 years old with a minimum annual household income of $60,000 before taxes. If you are married or living with a significant other, both partners must attend together.  Both parties must be visiable on their device at all times with video and microphone active.  In order to get the full effect of the information this needs to be done in a quiet place at the home, not at work or on a lunch break and definitely not while driving.  There is absolutely no obligation to buy, sign, or join anything.

Bonus Destination Terms: 

No timeshare tour is ever required at the destination, and no additional qualifications apply. After receiving your incentive, you will activate it by prepaying the hotel taxes and fees. Once activation is confirmed, you may browse participating hotels and choose your travel dates online.

The activation deadline applies only to the redemption of the incentive—not your actual travel dates. Activation must be completed within 7 days of receiving the offer, and travel may be taken anytime within 18 months of activation. This incentive cannot be combined with any other promotional travel offer.

Group travel is not permitted. Only one incentive can be redeemed per household and per resort or hotel. If friends, family, or acquaintances plan overlapping travel dates, only one party may redeem the offer; otherwise, additional fees may apply. Accommodations allow a maximum of two adults, and at least one guest must be 21 or older. Some locations may allow up to two children aged 12 or under, depending on room configuration, though options may be more limited.

Activation and redemption costs include recovery fees, local taxes, and tourism fees. The main reservation holder must present a valid government-issued ID and a major credit card at check-in. Although retail room values may reach up to $350 per night, the traveler is responsible for airfare, food, transportation, gratuities, resort fees, and personal expenses. Resort fees vary by destination and will be disclosed during hotel selection.

A minimum of 30 days’ advance notice is required for reservations. Travel is not available during major holidays or special events. Check-in is available seven days per week, though weekend surcharges may apply. Activation is final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Once travel dates are confirmed, no changes are permitted, and cancellations or no-shows will forfeit all fees paid.

The incentive has no cash value and is void where prohibited. The provider may substitute hotels of equal or greater value if necessary. Room type and availability depend on inventory unless a paid upgrade is selected. Only the written terms contained here apply—no verbal statements supersede these guidelines.
